If you want to add pupils on report without adding a behaviour incident, you can go to the on report episodes menu item. This page also allows you to manage and delete instances of pupils being on report.
After a pupil has received on report grades, you can view their progress using the weekly overview. This will show all of the pupil's on report grades for the week and allow you to add a comment about their performance.
