Pupils with particular behavioural issues can be monitored more closely by placing them On report. This page allows you to view a pupil's report card for the week and enter any comments if needed.

This page is accessed via:
PARS main menu > On report > On report weekly overview

The on report overview page

To view a pupil's report card, first click the "Start" button at the top left of the page to choose the date that you want to view. You can then click the "Select a student" drop down to select the pupil that you want to view.

You can enter a comment about the pupil's progress on report at the top of the page if needed. All of the pupils grades for the week plus any comments will be displayed in the grid. If you have entered a comment, click the "Save" button at the top right.

The student's on report grades for the week will be displayed, as well as any comments that staff have added. The name of the staff member who recorded the grades/comments will be shown in bold.
