This report provides a record of outgoing contacts made. This includes generated letters (which of course you may elect not to send), emails and text messages.
The report will be grouped by default. Each day's activities will be grouped together and within each day, each user's correspondences will be grouped together.
The full details of each message sent will be shown for SMS and emails.
