If it was not possible, the report will also offer some information about why it was not successful.

If you suspects there is a problem with Insight communicating with your school dinners system, you should click the Clear button on the school dinner report page, then use an account to make some transactions with the school dinner system. Revisit the school dinner report in Insight and see what information is displayed. If you are unsure what the information in the report means, contact the TASC helpdesk for assistance.
