SIMS synchronisation

This report is used to analyse the results of a SIMS synch. This is especially useful if accounts have unexpectedly not been created for parents.

The SIMS synchronisation page will show a drop down at the top left that allows you to select the synchronisation that you want to analyse. Each pupil will have their own section on the report, and each of the pupil's contacts is shown within that section.

You will see warning messages for each parent that did not have an account created. The warning message will explain why the account was not created.

WARNING 3a	Unlinking User XXXXX due to newly emptied SIMS email
WARNING 4	Skipping due to Court Order
WARNING 4a	Skipping due to no email address
WARNING 5	Skipping due to Court Order
WARNING 8	No current linked users
WARNING 9	Skipping due to error checking addresses Priority X
WARNING 9	Skipping due to cohabiting Priority XX
WARNING 10	No linked users have real email addresses
WARNING 20	Removed link to student
