Additional linked staff
Introduction
Under the Linked Adults and Agencies menu item, users can see a list of staff, other adults and agencies that are linked to their children.
You can choose to include additional staff members in the "Others" section of this list using the Additional Linked Staff menu item. This feature is available to Staff and Admin, if it is active in their Role Options.
Configuring Additional Linked Staff
Use the Add button to select members of staff to include. If you add members of staff in error, you can remove them later by selecting them using the check boxes near their names in the main list, and clicking the Delete button.
Once staff have been added to the list you can define their relationship to pupils, for example Child Protection Officer or School Secretary. To do this, select the member of staff and click the Edit button - you will be prompted to enter a short description of their relationship to pupils.
