The activity report records everyone who logs on, their IP address, the areas of INSIGHT they visit and the students they view. the activity report is run over a selected date range and can be filtered by IP address, Username, the page the user viewed or the role of the user.
The report will be grouped by default. Each day's activities will be grouped together and within each day, each user's activities will be grouped together.
The report will show the username of the user that logged in, their IP address, their role and the time they logged in. The scope and scope year columns will give information about the pupils that the user was viewing whilst logged in.
