You can use IEPs to record information and set targets for pupils. This can be done using either SIMS IEPs or PARS' own IEPs. If you are using PARS IEPs, you will need to create them yourself. Please see our guide to creating IEP templates.

This page is not used to record IEP information (this is done via the pupil information window), instead this page is used to import new designs and delete unwanted ones.

This page is accessed via:
PARS main menu > Personal > IEP writer designs

The IEP writer designs page

This page will show you a list of all the slip designs currently in your database. Clicking on one of the designs will load a preview of it at the bottom of the page.

Adding IEP designs

To import a design that you have created, first click the "Add" button from the top toolbar. You can then browse to the IEP design on your computer and upload it to PARS.

Deleting designs

To delete a design, first click on it to select it. Then click the "Delete" button from the top toolbar - this will delete the design and every IEP using this design in the database. Use caution when deleting IEP designs as this can cause a loss of data.
