Report on detentions

Detention reports are designed to provide information about detentions within school. There are many different reports that display various information about detentions - see below for screenshots of all available Detention reports.

Detentions by date issued

Displays

Report (simplified)

Unscheduled detentions

The 'Unscheduled detentions' report displays information about detentions that have not yet been scheduled.

Full report

The 'Full report' report displays all information held for a detention type.

Linked behaviour

The 'Linked behaviour' report displays information about behaviour incidents that are linked to a detention.

Summaries

Count report

The 'Count report' report displays information about how many detentions have been issued.

Count report discounting reset

The 'Count report discounting reset' report displays detention information excluding reset detentions.

Summary by Time Type

The 'Summary by Time Type' report displays summary information by detention time type.

Summary by Time Type and Status

The 'Summary by Time Type and Status' report displays summary information about detentions with statuses.

Rule based detention - count by rule

The 'Rule based detention - count by rule' report displays count information about detentions issued by rule based detentions.

Summary for pupils

The 'Summary for pupils' report displays summary information about pupil detentions.

Issuers

By teacher

The 'By teacher' report displays information about teachers issuing detentions.

By demerits issued in subject

The 'By demerits issued in subject' report displays detentions by discredits issued in a subject.

Issued to group members

The 'Issued to group members' report displays detention information about detentions issued to members of a selected group.

Issued by behaviour grounds

The 'Issued by behaviour grounds' report displays detentions information based on the behaviour ground associated.

Count

The 'Count' report displays count information for issued detentions.

Lists for teachers

The 'Lists for teachers' report displays a list of students in detention by teacher.

Lists for teachers one page

The 'Lists for teachers one page' report displays a list of students in detention by teachers, one teacher per page.

Full report

The 'Full report' displays all detention information for a selected student/s

Origin

This report shows the behaviour incident that originally caused a pupil to be given a detention, even when several detentions have been issued off the back of the first detention.

Count report discounting reset

The 'Count report discounting reset' report displays count information about scheduled detentions excluding resets.

Summary for pupils

The 'Summary for pupils' report displays summary information about detentions for a student.

The 'By teacher' report displays information about the issuers of scheduled detentions by teacher.

By discredits issued in subject

The 'By discredits issued in subject' report displays detention information based on the discredits issued in a subject.
