Forums

The forum can be viewed and managed locally, new topics can be added - topics can be turned on or off. Replies can be posted- the ability to post replies can be turned on or off. Replies can be edited- the edit facility can be switched on or off. To have access to forums check in Roles and then Forums.

See setting up Roles to confirm access rights. Select the icon Forums To add a forum click the speech bubbles with the +, a new forum box appears, enter a title name and description for the new forum. I.e. parent voice, parent topics or staff topics etc. Select Active to enable and see the title Select Locked to stop any further posts, you are still able to read previous posts. New Title’s appear together with their settings plus the number of threads and posts. Click on the Title to select, each topic is displayed with the date started, is it visible, has it been locked or has anyone been reported.
