The activity report records everyone who logs on, their IP address, the areas of INSIGHT they visit and the students they view.
The report will be grouped by default. Each day's activities will be grouped together and within each day, each user's activities will be grouped together.
The report will show the username of the user that logged in, their IP address, their role and the time they logged in. The scope and scope year columns will give information about the pupils that the user was viewing whilst logged in.
There are three buttons at the top of the page with the following effects:
