The achievements page shows a pupil's achievements. If you are looking for negative incidents, see the behaviours page.
Parents will be able to view the incidents that have happened involving their children. You can decide how much detail is displayed on this page, but it is possible to show:
- The period of the day that the incident was recorded in
- The date of the achievement
- What happened (the Ground or behaviour Type)
- Any comments regarding the incident
- How many behaviour points the incident was worth
- What the outcome of the incident was
- Which subject the incident took place in
- Which room the achievement happened in
- Which teacher recorded the achievement
Parents will also be able to see charts which analyse the pupil's behaviour graphically. Again these can be turned on or off as desired, via parents' role options. The charts will analyse pupil's behaviour by the type/ground (what the pupil has done), the outcome (what the teacher has done about it), the lesson and the behavioural category.
