Categories can be used to track what kinds of homework are being set for pupils. Typical categories could be things like:
- Home Learning
- Coursework
- Revision
This page is accessed via:
PARS main menu > Assignments > Assignment categories
The assignment categories page
This page will show you all of the existing categories that you currently have setup.
Adding or editing assignment categories
You can add a new assignment category by clicking the "Add" button fromt he top toolbar. Alternatively you can rename an existing category by selecting it then clicking "Edit".
Deleting assignment categories
To delete an assignment category, select it then click the "Delete" button from the top toolbar. You cannot delete an assignment category if it has been used.
