Assignment diary reports

Assignment diary reports will give you information about the homework that is being set to pupils, or by staff. There are many different reports that analyse data in different ways - see below for screenshots of all available assignment reports.

Display

One student per page

This will show one student's homework assignments, per page of the report.

Assignments set

This report shows which homeworks have been issued to each student selected, all on one page.

Assignments set by teacher

This will show all of the homeworks given by a specific teacher this academic year.

Assignments set by teacher between dates

As above, except that you can choose which date range to use when looking up homeworks.

Assignments set by subject

This report will show you what homework has been given in the subjects you select.

Assignments set by subject between dates

This report will show you what homework has been given in selected subjects. Homeworks will only be shown if the start date is between the date range given.

Assignments set by group

Here you can see all homeworks given to certain year groups.

Assignments set by group between dates

This shows homeworks given to certain year groups. Homeworks will only be shown if the start date is between the date range given.

Assignments set in group between dates

This report shows the homework assignments given to a certain class. Homeworks will only be shown if the start date is between the date range given.

Count by teacher

This will show the number of assignments given to classes by teachers.

Count by teacher in class

This report will show the number of homework assignments given by each teacher to each class.

Status

By class

For each homework given to a class, this report will show whether or not the pupils completed the assignment.

Assignment numbers

For each student, this will show how many homeworks have been given and how many have been completed or missed.

Assignment numbers by class

As above, but broken down by academic class.

Assignment status with grades

For each student, this will show how many homeworks have been given and how many have been completed or missed. You can also see what grade each pupil achieved in their homework.

Assignment numbers by teacher

This report shows the number of homework assignments that have been received, handed in late, not received and are pending, broken down by teacher, subject and class.

Assignment set status count

Assignment status by subject

This report shows the number of completed and missing homework assignments within a subject per student, as well as the number of homework they've received an exception for.
