On report reports

On report reports are designed to provide information about students that have been placed on report. There are many different reports that display various information regarding reports - see below for screenshots of all available On report reports.

On report

Summaries

Count

The 'Count' report shows how often pupils have been on report.

Summary by On report Group

The 'Summary by On report Group' will give summary information broken down by the various On Report types.

Missing On report grades

The 'Missing On report grades' can be used to identify incomplete report cards.

Summary by Pupil

The 'Summary by Pupil' report shows a breakdown of a pupil's performance while on report.

List of pupils On Report

The 'List of pupils On Report' will show you which pupils are on report at a given time.

Hand written form

The 'Hand written form' report allows you to print a blank On Report card, so that staff can enter the On Report grades by hand rather than via computer...

Report card

Weekly

The 'Weekly' report is a pupil's On Report card, showing the classes and grades for a pupil, without any comments.

Weekly full report card

The 'Weekly full report card' is similar to the one above, but does show comments.

Weekly list

The 'Weekly list' report will show a pupils On Report card, formatted into rows
