How do you reward and recognise good behaviour or academic achievement in your school? At TASC, we strive to find new and innovative ways to help teachers not only keep track of their students’ achievements and good behaviour, but also to celebrate and recognise them in a way that makes the student feel good.

Most education data management systems want the schools that they work with to record positive behaviour and negative behaviour. But what can you do with that data once it has been recorded?

Talaxy promotes cross-platform conduct data collection. This means that our adaptable, multi-functional cloud based software is compatible with different MIS systems like Bromcom, Abor, RM etc.

Talaxy promotes cross-platform conduct data collection. This means that our adaptable, multi-functional cloud based software is compatible with different MIS systems like Bromcom, Abor, RM etc.

We actively encourage our schools to make a difference with that data by using it in ways to celebrate their students and the achievements that they have attained.

With Talaxy a school can create student certificates which can be handed out in assemblies to celebrate the child’s achievement publicly, as well as store a digital copy on the certificate in-app so that parents and students can download and print them whenever they are required.

Talaxy also allows students to cash in their positive achievement points and purchase physical rewards from the school via the digital shop.

Talaxy also improves communications of conduct events across the school. Most systems allow data to be entered and stored but when an important event occurs staff members have to use telephones, emails, members of staff verbally informing other staff across the school. Talaxy improves this for schools by automatically referring certain conduct event to key members of staff so they are instantly informed of the situation.
