New SIMS permission requirements

As of version 5.675, additional permissions in SIMS will be required for users of PARS. The following permissions are required by PARS users and new requirements may be added in the future:

The Class Teacher template in SIMS will typically contain all of the permissions required by users in PARS. The exact list of permission requirements can be found below:
