PARS has On Report system, which allows you to track and monitor pupils. Staff can enter grades and you can run reports to view pupils' progress. On Report links with PARS's behaviour system, although the features in this category relate to On Report only (see behaviour for an overview of behavioural features). The On Report features are described in brief below, with a link to a wiki page that goes into more detail about each feature. Each link that you can click is coloured and emboldened like this (you can't click on this one).

Usage

Placing pupils on report

Pupils can be placed on report when adding a behaviour incident. This is recommended way to add pupils on report.

If you want to add pupils on report without adding a behaviour incident, you can go to the on report episodes menu item. This page also allows you to manage and delete instances of pupils being on report.

Reviewing pupils report cards

After a pupil has received on report grades, you can view their progress using the weekly overview. This will show all of the pupil's on report grades for the week and allow you to add a comment about their performance.

Reporting on On Report

There are also various on report reports available in PARS to allow you to analyse your data.

Configuration

Creating On Report cards

You will need to have at least one on report group to begin using this section of PARS. You should have one on report group for each kind of on report card you use e.g. Red Report, Form Tutor Report, etc. This is configured using the on report episodes page.

Creating On Report targets (e.g. work quietly)

You will also need to configure grading elements. These are the criteria that pupils will be assessed on e.g. Finish Classwork, or Work Quietly.
