You should check that the automation module is installed and running. To do this, follow the instructions on our [[troubleshooting automation]] page.

When running the Service Controller, if your version of Keep Alive says something like "5.622 - 5.630 update available" then you need to upgrade the Keep Alive service. 

To do this, click "Stop" at the bottom right of the window, then click "Uninstall". Once done, click "Install", then "Start".
