Insight service packs are released regularly and can be obtained from the downloads section of our website. To log in to the website, click here.
Download the latest service pack to the desktop of the IIS server. Double click on it to run it. After this process is complete, browse to your shared SIMS folder. This is usually S:\SIMS. If you are not sure where it is, on the IIS server click Start -> Run and type SIMS.ini -> hit enter. This will open a text file, search for the line: SIMSDIRECTORY=(etc) to find the shared SIMS folder.
In the shared SIMS folder, browse to the INSIGHT subfolder and run ServiceController.exe. Click Commit and then Begin to complete the update.
