Insight service packs are released regularly and can be obtained from the downloads section of our website. To log in to the website, click here.
- Select Downloads, click on the latest update under INSIGHT and run it to Download the latest service pack to the desktop of the IIS server.
- To apply the update double click on run and agree to the terms and conditions
After this process is complete, the INSIGHT ServiceController.exe file will run automatically.
- When the Service Controller is displayed, Click "Commit" and then "Begin" to complete the update.
This will open a new window for Insight where you can log-in and the latest version will be displayed.
