Download the latest service pack to the desktop of the IIS server. Double click on it to run it. After this process is complete, browse to your shared SIMS folder. This is usually S:\SIMS. If you are not sure where it is, on the IIS server click Start -> Run and type SIMS.ini -> hit enter. This will open a text file, search for the line: SIMSDIRECTORY=(etc) to find the shared SIMS folder.

The Insight service pack is an executable file (.exe) which must be run on the IIS server that is hosting Insight (and the main server if a server farm is being used). When an Insight update is performed all users will be kicked out of Insight. An update typically takes around 30 seconds.
