Additional Module |
Options Offer is an additional module in Insight. It allows students and parents to select their options for Key Stage 4 and 5. These choices write directly back to SIMS.
As Options Offer is an additional module of Insight, a separate charge applies. Please contact sales@tascsoftware.co.uk for further information.
Options Offer
The only configuration that needs to be done for this is in SIMS. Insight will take the information from the Options module in SIMS, accessed via: Tools > Academic Management > Options Offer > Maintain Offers.
Users can select the options by clicking the jigsaw button next to the course they wish to select. If you have configured your options to allow reserve choices or secondary choices, then users will be able to select a second course as their reserve/second choice. Selections can be removed by clicking the red cross button.
The choices will automatically write back to SIMS, accessed via: Tools > Academic Management > Options Offer > Student Choices.
