Notices

Parents can receive notices send automatically or manually through Insight.

Insight can detect SIMS events and send a notice to inform parents of forthcoming events. You can configure which events should trigger notices in the Preferences section.

Manual notices can also be sent via the Notice composer. This allows users to contact pupils and their parents, providing them with important information or documents.

Certain other events will also trigger notices - such as when a pupil has unexplained absences, or PARS diary events.
