- This report shows both the number of children in each year group who have been "viewed" as a chart, and those students who have not been viewed as a list. The chart can be displayed broken down into year groups, registration groups, gender and ethnicity.
- There are a number of reasons why students may show on the not viewed list; such as, users who have not been notified of their password, users who have a password but have just not logged into Insight or users who have logged-in and have viewed the information for one student but not for another.
