Some users will have the ability to request address changes. They will have had to specify the new address, and whether this change is a simple error correction or if they are actually moving house.

These changes can be reflected in SIMS, but first an administrator will need to Accept or Deny each request.

If the Preferences are so configured, an email can be sent informing that a new change request has been made. Otherwise, the user responsible for accepting changes should check this list periodically.

To view a change request, select it from the list and click on the main tool bar button to open the details as a pop up.

If more than one person is known to live at the old address, you can select who of these is to have the "move" made for them. For error correction, everyone has the correction applied.
