This feature is only available to admin users (as this is a tool used for configuration) although the [[Linked Adults and Agencies]] page, which displays Additinal Linked Staff as well as other contacts, can be viewed by any class of user if it is activated in their [[Role Options]].

Use the Add button to select members of staff to include.  If you add members of staff in error, you can remove them later by selecting them using the check boxes near their names in the main list, and clicking the Delete button.

Once staff have been added to the list you can define their relationship to pupils, for example Child Protection Officer or School Secretary.  To do this, select the member of staff and click the Edit button - you will be prompted to enter a short description of their relationship to pupils.

The Additional linked staff page is used to add more staff, such as the school nurse or SENDCO, to the linked adults and agencies page for users. Staff members added using this page will be visible to all users via the linked adults and agencies page.

To add a staff member to this list, click the Add button from the top toolbar. You can then select any member(s) of staff at school. To assign a title to them, select a staff member from the list and click the Edit button.
