If you are using Insight Assignments, the default permissions allow each staff users only to see assignments that they have created. In some cases it will be preferable that staff from entire departments can see each others assignments.

In this case, you can use the Assignment permissions to allow certain users to see Assignments entered by other members of staff.

Select the user to work with from the drop down box at the top of the screen. All other staff are displayed below.

To enable the chosen user to view Assignments created by other members of staff, click on the switch beside each of the other member of staff's name.
