TASC Software continue to update CURA listening to establishments, taking into consideration their individual needs as well as sharing good practice.

If you have a problem to solve concerning pupil information / data tracking and you would like a new feature in CURA to save you time then please let us know.

Dashboard

Data represented in a graphical form

Lock new concerns to clearance level

Used when all information is required to be hidden from individuals below the applied clearance level

Alerts screen showing 3 or more concerns in 30 days displayed

List of concerns displayed for a student with three or more concerns registered in a 30 day cycle

Entries requiring review broken down and shown with severity range individually

Concerns are broken down separately under student's name to show the clearance level, and information if relative permission is provided

Add a generic planned event

This feature enables you to add information to your calendar that is not linked to a student file

Website links

The feature enables the user to add new websites that are required to accessed in school

Archive and transfer

New feature allowing a staff member to either import or export a student, also archiving a student's file

Child protection plans displayed on screen

When Cura has completed the import any students on a child protection plan will have this information displayed on the personal details screen

Chronology entries and attendance has been emboldened

Information on the chronology page has been amended to show the attendance and the initial entries in an emboldened state

Framework summary table

The framework summary has now also been displayed in a table form to present information in an easier readable format

Chronology Concern date and entry date

This feature enables to user to record information that might be historic at today's date, all that is required is to fill the original date and time of the incident

Export calendar entries to local calendar

This feature enables the user to export planned action events to local calendar

Clicking on the "Associated" symbol opens the original concern

On the chronology page on an entry, to the right hand side an associate icon will appear, clicking on the icon will open the initial concern entered, this is useful as the original concern may have been entered some time ago and appear on a different page
